The new Hans Dampf has everything to increase fun in Enduro. With 2.35" width, SnakeSkin protection and Addix Soft compound. For gorgeous handling and the highest puncture protection on demanding trails - uphill as well as downhill. All in all much more aggressive, Hans Dampf still remains good-natured at the limits and gives optimal feedback from the ground.

ADDIX SOFT is the ADDIX compound for hardcore use in enduro and downhill. Sensationally good damping has been further improved over the previous VertStar compound, while at the same time ADDIX Ultrasoft is suitable for all-weather use due to significantly improved low-temperature properties when it comes to grip and damping. Extremely soft to cope with very difficult challenges. ADDIX Ultra Soft appears to stick to the ground, literally clawing its way into the subsoil because there's only one goal in sight: maximum damping and maximum grip.

ADDIX SPEED GRIP the universal compound. It definitely has the widest range of use. Perfect for XC, AM and Trail: for the majority of EVO tires there's a version with ADDIX Speedgrip! It replaces the previous PaceStar compound where a significant, though not the only difference, during extensive use is more mileage and a longer life.
Lots of everything: speed, grip and durability. Combining all three characteristics to achieve the perfect compound is almost impossible in theory, but now Schwalbe have done it with ADDIX Speedgrip to an extent that they never thought possible!

TUBELESS EASY with the monofile SnakeSkin fabric on the side wall makes the tubeless conversion for the MTB extremely easy and safe. It also provides the best cut protection on the side wall. For this reason, Tubeless Easy with SnakeSkin comes as standard with Schwalbe's high-end MTB tyres in their EVOLUTION Line.

SUPER GRAVITY is the carcass construction at its core. The principle is a familiar one from motorbike tires. Schwalbe has taken the best features and developed them further for the MTB. In the past Schwalbe uses for classic downhill tire constructions six layers under the cap. This adds unnecessary weight and unfortunately also makes the cap rigid and hard. For Super Gravity the sidewalls are made up of four layers of carcass material, but there are only two layers underneath the cap. This is achieved with an overlap on the sidewalls.
Additionally the whole tire (not just the sidewalls) is encased in SnakeSkin puncture protection. It weighs little - and it helps a lot. In fact, it stabilizes and protects while remaining extremely flexible. At the same time it is ideal for the Tubeless Ready application. Hence this tire offers downhill ruggedness at enduro weight!

NZ Islands Courier Charges:

If you order with us and live on a NZ Island like Waiheke and Great Barrier etc our customer care team will contact you immediately to discuss freight charges/options.

We therefore pay the courier fees ourselves however the fees to the Island communities have become so exorbitant we can't cover all of those costs and will discuss options.

Bulky Items:

Additional charges may also apply to bulky order that measure outside the normal courier package parameters. Our friendly customer care team will contact you right away if this is the case.

Processing Times:

All orders are processed during weekday business hours (9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday.) Orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

While we try to have most products in our store and warehouse at all times if the product is not in stock we will order from our New Zealand-based suppliers. We will contact you to advise you of this and inform you of any delivery delays.

Track and trace:

We work with NZ Post for delivery. Once your package has left our building and been scanned on board by the courier you will receive an automated email from us with your track and trace details so you can follow its progress.

Please note: queries for missing/lost items must be completed within 14 days of despatch and queries for damaged items within 7 days of delivery. If you do not lodge a query with us within these time frames, we will be unable to make a claim with our courier.
